GPU Messenger ("the App") is developed by Vitaly Kust. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your personal information.

We collect only the minimum data required to provide our messaging service:

• Phone number — used for account authentication via Firebase Authentication.
• Messages — text messages, photos, and voice messages you send through the App.
• Device tokens — used to deliver push notifications to your device.
• Profile information — display name and profile photo, if you choose to provide them.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To authenticate your identity and secure your account.
• To deliver messages between you and other users.
• To provide message translation services.
• To send push notifications for new messages and updates.

3. Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do not use any analytics or tracking tools.
• We do not display advertisements.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.
• We do not collect your contacts, location, or browsing history.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Firebase (Google Cloud Platform) infrastructure. Messages are stored on our servers for the purpose of delivery and synchronization across your devices. All data transmission is encrypted in transit using TLS.

5. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

• Firebase Authentication — for phone number verification.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging — for push notifications.
• Google Cloud Platform — for data storage and server infrastructure.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data.
• Withdraw consent for data processing at any time by deleting your account.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated personal data, messages, and media are permanently removed from our servers.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
